I am trying to use a link in an Outlook email to notes://server/etc... Everything works fine except that on about half of our PC's, Internet Explorer opens up with the url in it's location bar and stays open.

Everything works fine with the notes client, but there should be no reason for IE to open. If I run the URL from the run command of Windows, IE does not open, so I think the problem exists from the Outlook client (which is Outlook 98). Can anyone help?
